Wow, that’s disappointing.

I always assumed her kids didn’t want much to do with her because they were alienated by Tom Cruise, but now I wonder.

It’s a little weird that she posted that Balenciaga photo to her Instagram in the middle of all of this and that she’s kept it up. Perhaps it’s a contractual thing?

All about $$

Yes, but she could be hurting her image.

Her contract/attorneys aren't as good as KK's in this respect, but then influence is KK's primary function, so this shouldn't be surprising. Regardless this will blow over. If Kidman completes her contractual obligations, and doesn't otherwise engage, it won't stick to her.

Are you saying in the meantime you think Nicole is cringing and isn'r intentionally showing support but instead is obligated to post?

Yes, she's obligated to post, the timeline was probably fully spelled out. No doubt Balenciaga's contract had an out if NK did anything embarrassing, but seems she doesn't have similar protections. Why wouldn't she be cringing? surely she was completely blindsided. She's not in the controversial images, how could she have known or prevented this?

That makes total sense. She would have no reason to go to bat for Balenciaga. I’m sure she’s just waiting for this nightmare to end.

For me? No. Their stuff just makes me feel gross now. I feel like it’s tainted permanently for me.

This. If you want to know how someone really feels, it isn't the apology drafted by a crisis management PR firm

+1

I don’t see how I look at their purse and don’t think about child p*** Easter eggs every time I see it. God, what a disgusting sentence to even type.

Ha! Knew that lawsuit was just for show and would be dropped.

They need a better English translator.

Yeah that part feels weird to me, too.
