This guy was charged with six felonies and then the DA did nothing for a year except seal the files. That is deeply #ucked up.

The files on the shooter have been unsealed, and they are so bad that even this Heritage Foundation lady is appalled.

In fact, El Paso Co. is a "Second Amendment Sanctuary" and passed a resolution that is anti-red-flag laws. I guess they're okay reaping what they sow.
