I've had Jeff add it to the title, but even that doesn't really help because readers will assume its spoilers from the show, instead of spoilers from other books.

Do you watch the behind the scenes clips? The actor who plays him says he's playing a "bad king but a good person" or something like that. It's intentional. I assume it's setting up a conflict that will need to be resolved.

I did and I find myself having to watch those after every episode so I have a clue what’s going on. And I don’t understand why the female characters changed from the time warp and all the male characters are still played by the same actors. I just think it’s such a waste of what could be good material. It’s poorly executed.

Laenor was replaced by an older actor.
