It’s similar to Up Against the Wall in that it was extremely hip, not just trendy. It’s not Commander Salamander. The name sounds like Boogie Nights, but it’s obviously not that.

You can do a search and add ca 1992 or something similar. You can also search guidebooks, tourist maps, and articles from local publications focused on shopping. Internet Archive might turn up something.
