Had a vm from the AART teacher saying DD was found eligible for Level IV services. Since the school also has level IV services (but is not a center), does this mean DD got in Level IV services for this particular school only? apparently the letter is in the mail.

Regardless of whether a school decides to contact you via email, telephone, or snail mail (or not at all), you will still get an official letter from the FCPS Central office with the official decision.

This is funny! You think someone is going to spoof you with a fake phone call or letter or email? C'mon. Hi, Mr and Mrs. XXX, your DC has been accepted, please input your social security number and a $20 fee to receive final results

I have found Churchill lagging in many ways. Add this to the list. Monday (this coming Monday) is the AAP meeting, yet no one at Churchill (not the teachers, not the principal, NO ONE) sees fit to have the courtesy to call those who got in. Not nice.
