FVU already compiled the names of players who are currently at alliance clubs. FVU also know who they are interest in.

coaches recommendations and some in-person observations/veo. Joint practices might happen to take a closer look.
Exactly! All you haters that said Valor would not dominate because the alliance is meaningless just got your butts handed to you. FVU 2014 Girls will be Fairfax Valor Union. No other alliance team for 2014 has anything worth mentioning.
Valor parent here.
None of the parents I spoke with in groups or in private speak like this. So, yes. I agree it is just some troll trying to stir the pot.
Yes we do. Don’t be shy. Be proud of our kids. They’re doing great and has been a heck of journey getting here. Sorry (not sorry) if I give it back a little. We’ve certainly been taking it for a while.
A heck of a journey? With your child, who is still in elementary school? You sound a bit overinvested. Not good for your kid.

What evidence are you basing this on? How many Valor girls have been training with FVU or told they would be placed on the team? From what I know about that team it has 3 strong players.

Last year on the girls side they offered winter indoor joint sessions on Sunday before try out season.
Yes, this is true. It would be nice if they expanded these a bit so more kids on the feeder teams could be looked at. Some teams have more depth than others. I think a few talented players on my kid’s team are being overlooked. I think it’s a flawed approach to assume the top three kids from each team for example is the right composition. Maybe some teams have 6 strong players and other 1 or 2.
As someone that has been actually been to these joint practices I can confirm it is not equal among the feeder clubs. Better teams have more representation. These selections were based on the club coaches recommendations and some FVU coach recommendations as they went to some fall games for pre ECNL
Can confirm this as well.
