DP-Did Congress approve the 20mBillion dollars to Argentina, or did Bessent just take money approved by Congress for one purpose and sent it to Argentina. SCOTUS has already said that POTUS does not have to use money Congress has appropriated.
That's illegal misappropriation of federal funds, if true.
