Where would you go? SSA isn’t hiring.

Private sector. There are a lot of options in health/disability/medical issues that you could transition to. There are entry level jobs as well that pay the same as GS 12-14. Government was better because of work life balance, job security, and benefits. However, the work life balance is terrible for many at the Board under the current quota and is about to get worse. Job security is now dead, and the benefits are going to take a hit soon as well. It’s time to leave.

Please, no more comments about ailments of the vagina. I feel like I’m stuck in an open air fish market in 100 degree weather.

You just need to get laid more

Or maybe he's some tired old show queen who's all like, "Ewwww! Vaginas are smelly and weird."

Okay? What's your point. Show me where you ever just cited a DC and got a claim granted just based on the code. I'd love to hear about that. If you can do that, it would be more work than most attorneys who bring cases to the Board.

Also there is a little known link between bacterial vaginitis and migraines. Yeah.

You are really reaching to find a relationship between vaginally bacteria and cervical arthritis. Are you at your office in Rhode Island?

If there is an error (even a minor one that you don’t think will affect the outcome), it should be returned. Anyone that does it differently isn’t doing their job. If you want a harmless error standard that is more forgiving, go ask congress for one. Attorneys who don’t follow the law because they think it is stupid or wasteful probably shouldn’t be attorneys.

Is it an "actual error" to fail to get records about STD's and pap smears when the claim is for arthritis? I don't think it I but the Court JMR's this type of thing all the time.
