I think it's because if she wants to say anything to the team, in practices or in games, she has to ask each of the other coaches ahead of her on the list for permission 1st. Great question, it's so relevant, thanks for asking.

If you know her I am sure that will happen. Maybe it means the % of time a coach will be there. Who cares though, Bullis is the best in the ISL so that is why I am so excited my daughter is on this team.
