I’m genuinely curious…if you buy a 1.8M home in this community today, what do you think it would be worth 5 years from now assuming schools don’t change? 10 years from now? If the answer is more than 1.9M, how do you lose value if schools do change?

Besides, it's not like these houses would lose six figure values over it. And if all that did happen, nobody could have possibly seen this coming.

Signed, not the toll brothers.

I honestly think that mcps won’t change the schools zoned from wooton to QO, bc the house in Mt. Prospect are owned by very influential rich peop,e and they will sway mcps from changing zones in 2026.

I doubt it becasue the rich people who are zoned to Wootton have not even been able to sway MCPS to renovate the building. It's 15 years overdue with frequent leaking, flooding, broken bathrooms, etc. MCPS will do what they want.

I wish I could answer, but I bought 3 years ago and have no idea what they’re charging for upgrades now. You can call the sales office and they’ll tell you how much the upgrades cost for the Kalorama model.

Those of you who bought windmills, how much is it in the design studio for model home finishes?

Isn’t this development zoned to Wootton?

Yes, for now. Who knows what will happen. QO is just down the road. Just sayin’ …
