Why should anyone care about this? Who is Robert Livingston?

Because it is a stark example of how ugly partisanship and a right wing conspiracy about a political donor can contribute to ousting a highly respected ambassador. People actually believe it and peddle it around, without necessarily realizing that behind the scenes, they are being used for purposes that have nothing to do with these fake conspiracies.

This is a new one. I like it.

I think I might actually have to start paying for media. The constant deleting of my cache is killing me.

Please do pay for media. Thanks!

Not sure if the handy chart of the President's protections has been posted yet so here it is:

No, she is playing her hand, dummy.

New witness who was on the call is now corroborating whistleblower. Trump is guilty. Case closed.

Your witness - and others - will now have to face cross-examination, so to speak.

How do you not know that there are representatives on both sides in the room examining and cross examining every witness? Did you think there weren't GrOPers in the room?

So about those subpoena's and withheld documentation...

I underestimated Nancy’s genius.
This puts Trump in a box. Shadenfreud.

New poll from Suffolk University and USA Today shows most Americans want Trump to stop stonewalling. Asked if the White House has an obligation to comply with the subpoenas from Congress, 66% say yes. Only 26% say no. Even 35% of Republicans say the White House ought to comply.

New witness is saying he was alarmed. He is not stating that he heard quid pro quo. It is within a President's right to do what Trump did, regardless of whether Democrats like it or not.

A president can ask a foreign power to dig up dirt on a private US citizen and withhold taxpayer security aid money that has been voted on by Congress until said foreign country comes up with the dirt? Oooooookay, sure.

Again, there was no quo. And yes, we have a treaty with Ukraine, and Biden was not a private citizen at the time Hunter got his lucrative contracts.

The mere ask for personal gain is corrupt. There was a quid pro quo and that makes if truly damning.

+1. It’s a felony to order federal government workers to further a partisan political campaign.
