So about those subpoena's and withheld documentation...

Good. That man has escaped consequences long enough.

No, she is playing her hand, dummy.

New witness who was on the call is now corroborating whistleblower. Trump is guilty. Case closed.

New witness is saying he was alarmed. He is not stating that he heard quid pro quo. It is within a President's right to do what Trump did, regardless of whether Democrats like it or not.

A president can ask a foreign power to dig up dirt on a private US citizen and withhold taxpayer security aid money that has been voted on by Congress until said foreign country comes up with the dirt? Oooooookay, sure.

Again, there was no quo. And yes, we have a treaty with Ukraine, and Biden was not a private citizen at the time Hunter got his lucrative contracts.

I think four people with personal knowledge now have said it was a quid pro quo and others testified in support of that. Only Sondland said he didn't know of a quid pro quo but he changed that to save his own butt. News reports are that everyone working in the White House recognized the July 25 phonecall was improper. So far, Trump and allies have attacked the process but didn't attack the substance of any testimony. They have not produced any witness or document that shows any witness is lying or mistaken.

Rep. Ted Yoho, a republican on the House Intel Committee has yet to attend any of the depositions, eventhough he is entitled to.

So yes, let's continue to give oxygen to the GOP that complains about transparency.

Please let that be Trump's argument in the Senate. There will be 80 votes for impeachment.

Judge Leon teaches "Congressional Investigations" at GU Law. It's hilarious that he was randomly assigned this case because no one knows more about the subject.

He'll probably throw out Kupperman's silly complaint and tell him to comply with the subpoena. Maybe he'll listen to the WH's executive privilege arguments. For law nerds it could be a fun hearing.

Judge Leon set a status conference for Halloween. The court wants to hear from Trump and House Democrat attorneys this week "due to the time-sensitive nature" of the case, per today’s order.

Trump and his Congressional enablers Jedi Mind Tricks aren't working on these federal judges who appreciate the importance and gravity of an impeachment inquiry.

You are still on Hunter? That story was debunked long ago, keep up.

The mere ask for personal gain is corrupt. There was a quid pro quo and that makes if truly damning.

Your witness - and others - will now have to face cross-examination, so to speak.

They already have been. If anything beneficial to Trump had come from the cross, it would have been leaked. The GOP who have been in th room have been awful quiet.
