The 5 or 6 next group of top, top players from the DMV all went to Blue. Then there’s lots and lots and lots of really good girls and it sounds like the balance went to Orange, some going to MD United and a small, small handful staying at MDDC because they’re the families that orchestrated the whole NL + Pride = MDDC thing in the first place so they can’t leave now it’s why they’re still on this board taking shots at Capital. Sad.
Huh?
Yeah, that PP is clearly not a neutral observer.
and calling his own daughter top dog. Funny.

You can look at the comment thread by hitting quote and starting from the 1st one. Here it is:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:I now nominate your comment for stupidest comment.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:My guess it's probably mostly because you don't have your facts straight. They were #15 before they arrived and are #14 now. Both of which are of course better than where the Capital teams now sit. It's the 2029 thread, so any team or surrounding topic can be discussed.Anonymous wrote:The team was nothing until the Pride girls arrived and will be nothing once they leave. If you'd like to start a Capital 2029 thread, have at it. That'd be fun.
This is prob the stupidest response. Your facts are wrong… mddc ranked as high as #8 and then dropped to #14. We should discuss this more. With all the talent that team has it should easily be top 10. How do you lose all your games in a summer tournament? And you’re comparing a 29 team rank this year with a 28 team. 2028 in dmv doesn’t have as much talent as the 2029 class. You’re comparing apples to oranges. Time will tell how the 29 teams will perform, but my bet is cap is going to embarrass mddc. Oh by the way… mddc will be outside the top 20 maybe even 30 this upcoming season. Enjoy your #14 ranking for now.
No idea what your machinations are supposed to mean. Slowly... the team was #15 at end of last year. It is #14 this year. Where they started, where they ended. Teams go up and down throughout a year, no one knows your cherry picking of different interim results is supposed to suggest.
I thought scores and wins and losses aren't supposed to matter? Pick a lane.
You are not an expert on cross referencing the talent of teams throughout the country and where they "should be". Although I'm sure you believe you are. Nor are you the Great Karnak for predicting next year. You don't even know who all is on the team. So thanks for your useless predictions? But thanks for the props anyway on how talented the 29 class is and how well MDDC has performed in that cauldron of competition.
Aren’t you the one who brought up the rankings? This was a response to that. And I’m only rebutting your comparison with the 28 cap to the newly formed 29, which is still a stupid comparison. As I said, time will tell but sounds like you’re sad your daughter is stuck with an average team. Wish you and your daughter the best!
