As another poster said, check in with Harry Reid about the law of unintended consequences. Or maybe it’s better described as what’s good for the goose is good for the gander.
You’ll be too busy buying extra flags to hang upside down when the remaining (91-34=57) indictments result in rule of law consequences. P.S. cite the countless legal sources. Trust they’re the minority. We really shouldn’t acknowledge any of you. Moratorium on Trump.
"So yeah, let’s take Hillary for a ride. Or Gretchen Whitmer. Or Gavin newsome."
If any of them are guilty of felonies, they deserve to be prosecuted, just like sleepy Don.
We welcome you to go for it. And to also cite all those countless legal sources.

Tell us what the jury found him guilty of.
They found him guilty of 34 counts of falsifying business records.
That is a misdemeanor. How is it a felony?
I don't know. Take it up with the New York State legislature. Or do you think the law they passed years ago which deemed falsifying business records to be a felony is also "rigged" against Trump?
Here is the law:
https://www.nysenate.gov/legislation/laws/PEN/175.10#:~:text=§%20175.10%20Falsifying%20business%20records%20in%20the%20first%20degree.&text=another%20crime%20or%20to%20aid,is%20a%20class%20E%20felony.
As you can see from the link, in order for this "crime" to be a felony, there must be another crime.
What was that crime in this case?
"Jurors in New York state court on Thursday found Donald Trump guilty on all 34 felony counts of falsifying business records to cover up hush money payments to a porn star ultimately to influence the outcome of the 2016 presidential election."
Here is the pertinent New York law:
Section 17-152 of the New York Election Law provides that any two or more persons who conspire to promote or prevent the election of any person to a public office by unlawful means and which conspiracy is acted upon by one or more of the parties thereto, shall be guilty of conspiracy to promote or prevent an election.
Hillary Clinton was fined by the FEC for her campaign’s role in the Russia collusion including the Steele dossier payments. She’s broken section 17-152. Looking forward to the prosecution.
What was the unlawful act?
It doesn’t matter. With a crafty DA, complicit judge and partisans jury, she can be convicted.
So, there was no unlawful act, and you just want to lock her up?
Countless legal scholars said the case against Trump was bunk. But here we are. So yeah, let’s take Hillary for a ride. Or Gretchen Whitmer. Or Gavin newsome. I’m sure we can find something. No problem.

if there is evidence what Whitmer committed any crimes, bring it on. Newsome, I wouldn't trust with my dog.
I don’t’ know of any crimes off the top of my head, but what she did during Covid was beyond the pale, especially when she and her husband didn’t live by the same rules she imposed

And it’s true, too, as we can see from several of the threatening responses from Trump supporters on this thread. These 12 people stood up for freedom in a way that no elected Republican has been able to so far, and have formed a clear and concise “no one is above the law” statement in convicting Donald of all 34 of his charges.
I agree the jurors were heroic and took their job seriously.
But I have to give kudos to some elected republicans in 2020 who were brave and true patriots, like Mike pence refusing to do Trump’s bidding on j6 and raffensburger refusing to “find the votes” for whiny Trump in Georgia. And there were others in I think Arizona. Some of the names are gone from my memory but they were honorable and I respect them.
Heroic????? OMFG.

Trump Sentenced To Four Years Of Confinement In Small Oval Room In Washington D.C.
Fantasy. He’s going to lose. Most normal people do not want a convicted felon for president.
And this is precisely what the Leftists were banking in when they decided to charge him and put him on trial.
It’s like getting Capone on tax evasion when they couldn’t make other things stick….only this time there is no “there” there —and everyone knows it. It’s dirty pool by a bunch of people who are seeing the pendulum swing back and are afraid of losing power through a legitimate election. So they have to find another way to try to “secure” the win through a form of disqualification. Or at least that’s what they are hoping for.
It’s why the DNC and Biden election headquarters squealed with glee when the verdict was announced.
Disgusting.
Whether you are politically aligned or not, news that a former president of our country has been convicted on 34 felony counts (based on this ridiculous sham of a trial) should not cause anyone to celebrate. If anything, we should be collectively hanging our heads in embarrassment that our justice system has become a banana republic tool of political retribution.

The majority of Americans think the charges and outcome are justified.
