Still tacky and brand killing. She already has a popularity dip with gen z. Now she'll be an untouchable to them - they hate this stuff. I think the eras tour changed her brain.
Who thows a wedding reception at a stadiun?!
Someone with 500 famous friends, many of which are musicians and are known to have jam sessions at other parties, and all of whom require security of their own and probably value privacy.
One isn't friends with 500 people. At that point it is purely transactional.
Agreed. A reception in a stadium is bollywood nonsense and not her brand at all. I really do think the eras tour broke her brain.
I do like her - or versions or her she has sold me reputation through ttpd.. But this stadium reception is a huge miscalculation, personally and professionally. People there will be laughing at her and people not there will be cringing or worse.
It wasn’t the Era Tour. It’s her age. She’s 36. She’s super old for pop music. Her looks are fading. She’s not cool. She’s unmarried. She’s childless. Those variables drives normal women insane, let alone coupled with the fact she’s a pop star whose new music isn’t organically charting like it did in her prime.
Lainey Wilson, Megan Moroney, and Ella Langley are the “it” girls in country.
Swift is like a greatest hits nostalgic act at this point. Which is obviously incredibly profitable but she’s not the sort to be content with they. She’s still trying to chase fame and trends. It’s desperate and thirsty.
Oh, the weirdo is back. Why do you keep bringing up country singers? Are you aware that Taylor Swift is a pop singer?
I mean, the way you troll this thread is truly desperate and thirsty.
Please tell us all of the successful pop singers who are late 30s.
There are literally none.
Her only hope is to try to pivot (back?) to country with a right wing trad wife shtick. But even that would likely be futile.
It's over.

I think she looks fantastic and not really any older than these three, Wilson is just two years younger anyway. She's also not normal. Like her or not she is one of the most famous people on earth. But I'm not convinced she's actually getting married there at all.

I don't understand his long term plan. He doesn't strike me at a stay at home dad.
Maybe he and Taylor will simply focus on family for the next 5-10 years?
It will be fine. Look at Tom Brady. Travis will continue with the podcast, probably be a commentator, probably continue cameos in silly movies like the Adam Sandler one. Do appearances, etc.
I’m sure I’ll be busy with endorsements and he will be constantly invited to events and things. He will stay busy.
LOL. Kelce isn't anyone near the same stratosphere as Tom Brady. You Swifties are insane. Kelce's peers are Tony Gonzalez, Gronk, Antonio Gates, Jason Witten, and Shannon Sharpe. Sharpe imploded his career after being accused of sexual assault of a teen girl. Gronk is famous for being a low IQ goofball. Gates isn't famous anymore. Witten isn't famous. Gonzalez was the baby daddy to Jeff Bezos's mistress now wife. Gonzalez is employed by Bezos's Amazon Prime as a dumb pre-game anchor.
DP. They’re not saying that’s who he hangs out with they’re saying that’s who he is equivalent to. I don’t hate Travis as much as PP but there is a difference between a quarterback and a TE in terms of post-career opportunities. So he’s not going to naturally have the same opportunities that Tom Brady would have apart from his relationship with Taylor which brings him to a wider audience. Gonzalez and Gronk are considered some of the best TEs of all time and many people don’t know who they are.
At this point Travis is way beyond those 2 in terms of recognition and branding and partnerships. And he was beyond them even before he and Taylor got together.
That said, I doubt he will want to be a commentator. That is Jason's lane.

No marriage license will ever be filed. And delusional Swifty cultists will lie to themselves that it means nothing, that reporters just can't find where it was filed!![]()
I’m the PP who said I think they are just throwing a reception. I can’t tell if you think I am making a statement about their marriage but just to be clear, people get married and then throw big parties all the time. It doesn’t mean there is no marriage. Don’t be weird.
That ship has sailed.
$$ will do that to you.
Her 1st marriage and then 1st divorce (within 2 years I am betting) will bring her back down to earth.
Agreed. Once he retires from the NFL after this next season, they will be around each other too much.
"Getting married" is her next era in the TS narrative arc. She needs to get this out of her system and will mine it for the next album.
Travis Kelce will be the most hated man in America in 2029. Book it. lol
You think she's marrying Travis to tee up divorce material for an album? Frankly, nobody is going to give a damn about 43 year old Taylor Swift's newest ghost written music. She'll be a Vegas act lip-syncing the greatest hits for drunk empty nesters.
