Visi's program will begin to gradually fade if they don't figure out a legitimate long term coach. They graduated a good 2025 class.

Parent's don't want to send their daughter to a program that has a new HC every 3 - 4 seasons... its very risky. The Cub don't have the depth they normally do and it showed this spring.

Programs that will likely benefit as Visi continues to drop the ball with hiring a non parent Head Coach: SR, SJC and Potomac (for Nova Families)

Agree that ISL was the best girls lax conference in the DMV this year, and also agree that it varies over time.. SR (ISL) and GC (WCAC) have been on top for the past several years, and ISL has had a very strong 4 team top tier during that timeframe, while WCAC has really only had 2 or max 3 teams that were competitive at that level over the past couple of years. Before Potomac's recent run, though, when BI was winning the WCAC and PVI and GC were both strong, the balance of top teams would have favored the WCAC.

We are so glad the title is back with an ISL team! It elevates all the ISL teams with the Potomac win since all the top teams have wins and losses against each other.

Visi program needs to secure a full time coach who will oversee the day to day operations of its program otherwise SR and SJC will eat the cubs lunch.

Jude Collins is a very short term solution.

Visi Athletics has been run by morons for well over a decade.

Seems like SSSAS would prioritize succession. Isn't the Capital Lacrosse Club #2 on staff? I wouldn't discount decades of reputation, and no doubt that even in Emeritus status, KJ would still be a relevant force for a while.

Potomac will remain strong in the years ahead.

Not sure they can match the success of the 2025 squad, but the program has become very competitive and nova families are taking notice.

Once KJ retires from SS/SA, the program will fall on deaf ears. The boys program has completely imploded and borderline might drop out of the IAC.

Sincere congrats on the great win. Happy for those seniors. Amazing class for a small school with outstanding academics. Good luck to them in college. Hope the program can continue to bring in good players and compete in the ISL.
