When half the kids are leaving or refusing to be coached by the directors of the club I would hope opinion means something! It is obvious that the club is folding. Previously said, many other options out there. They have let the girls fall to make the boys happy. Why stay in a culture that does not care about half the club and has nepotism and promises to the affluent.
RP was fired by the 08 girls after a game, the actual girls fired him, and he was placed elsewhere
No one wants to play for PL, he is trying to pluck kids from his own club and they are refusing
MH is a pawn
Ha! The boys won’t come close to being competitive in MLSN

yep the boys they want wont come here. So they replace with like players. Who dont perform who are then cut. Which wrecks team chemistry. This has pissed off many players. I know there will be some surprise exits from NVA. Leaving some big time holes to fill.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Your opinion means nothing.

If RP keeps his cool/patience i think him and MH can get the house back in order. RP took one of the teams that was a mess and turned them into a possession based formidable group… (after some buy in). NVA should be fine….Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:so lsnva?Anonymous wrote:All of the age groups completely depleted with 1/2 girls going to other clubs for ECNL. Expect teams to merge together in one LS GA team. This club always blows up because they make horrible decisions. I’ve been here since the beginning and the other parents are so full of themselves.
Depleted is exaggerated a bit. Most teams lost around 50% or less and replaced them with other quality players from other GA/ECNL teams in the area. 50% of a 18 roster plus some quality players from outside can still get you a good starting 11. At the end of the day No pasa nada. Life goes on. Everything will be fine. Coaches are the most important and if you have good one, she/he will know how to rebuild the team. Depleted is if everyone leaves and the team folds. But that was not the case with NVA.
