Says who? It doesn’t make any logical sense that a “pause” could reset the 60 day clock since there is no official measure of what a pause entails. A pause could be for 60 seconds, right? Taking aside that this administration lies about everything and is particularly incented to do so in this case, the Department of Defense has never passed an audit. And $25 billion is a rather conveniently round number. Can you provide a breakdown on that number?
