UST IN: An audio recording from 2018 between Michael Cohen and Stormy Daniels attorney Keith Davidson was played to attorneys and the Judge. In the recording Keith Davidson appeared to be threatening Cohen and Trump.
On the phone he claims Daniels publicist boyfriend is going to run with the story to the press, saying "I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if he comes out and says, you know what, Stormy Daniels, she wanted this money more than you can ever imagine. I remember hearing her on the phone saying, you f**king Keith Davidson. You better settle this goddamn story. Because if he loses this election, and he's going to lose, if he loses this election, we lose all f**king leverage, this case is worth zero.”
We now have Daniels attorney admitting on a phone recording that Daniels was extorting the President. Will she be held accountable?

This is going bad for Trump.

If trump testifies the judge would have to say the same about his credibility. Trump won't testify because, as a pathological liar, the only truthful testimony would be his name and he might flub that as well.
+1 and her only credibility issues are because she lied because that’s what Trump paid her to do.

It’s that whole Harvey Weinstein/hollywood thing. Sleep with me and I can open doors for you. But if you don’t, I’ll make sure you never get a job in the industry.
Trump is such a repugnant person. It amazes me that anyone thinks he’s the right person to lead the United States.
The fact that you believe anything Stormy says is laughable.
Even the judge said "her credibility is in question." The judge should have shut down the testimony long before she finished.
Please provide link in which Judge Merchan questions Ms. Daniels credibility. No judge would have ever do this!
In any case, for any woman testifying about a sexual encounter is a traumatic experience and the major reason so many women do not report rape or sexual assault. She was nervous, spoke fast and gave a lot of detail, who wouldn't be? She is testifying against a man with absolute power and this takes guts. Something, by the way, the defendant is devoid of. Trump whines and denies. He is finally going to get his just desserts!
Start of the trial yesterday......
Judge Juan Merchan said he agreed with Trump's attorneys that Stormy Daniel's has credibility issues, but that's why the prosecutors need to be given a chance to establish her credibility.

She should not have been testifying, as it is irrelevant to the case being prosecuted. It was entirely to prejudice the jury. The judge allowed it saying the jury could judge her (and Cohen's) credibility.
