Shhh! Your negativity will summon the poster who lurks here to jump onto entertainment threads and praise him to the heavens. I'm not kidding.
I'm with you. Usually talent and charm can make me find someone hot who isn't physically good-looking to me, but he could be the second coming of Shakespeare while also being the funniest man in the world, and it wouldn't dent the fact I find him not only less than attractive, but actively off-putting.

He’s like part of the white person’s “I swear, I’m not sheltered!” starter pack. He’s a handsome man, but there are so many black men who are better looking. Whoever made the comment sounds like a white person working on that starter pack.
I’m not white and I think Idris Elba is hot. Are there other attractive black men, of course! But no one else has been mentioned except Michael B. Jorden just recently. Michael B. Jordon is a good looking guy, but not hot like Idris Elba is, IMO.

I can understand how some women and men find celebrities attractive even if I don’t. But Travolta, do not understand his appeal. Has to be one of the least attractive leads ever.
Did people find him hot? Was that way back in the 70s?
Not me, I’m only 48, but absolutely yes after Grease, Saturday Night Fever and the sequel.

Beyoncé - her entire hair is all fake she is not “Beyoncé” without that glorious hair
Jennifer Lopez - she looks like an old granny at 52 she has a fake suntan
Mariah Carey - gorgeous at 20 she now has gained way too much lbs.
Ciara - fake hair all the way
You are fixated with hair. Do you have a hair loss condition?
PP is the hair version of people who don’t buy a certain house because they can’t get past the paint color.

I assume they did in Grease when he was cast as the romantic lead. I think he was the romantic lead in a few 90s movies too after the success of pulp fiction and face off. Speaking of face off, Nicolas cage also is unattractive, though more believable as a love interest than Travolta.
Romantic leads aren’t necessarily hot. Were Tom Hanks, paul rudd, adam sandler, or hugh grant to name a few? The women always have to be hot, the men not so much.

I've heard a lot of women say he's smart upperclass Brit sexy, but all I can think of when I see him is some other random poster's comment that "he looks like asparagus". Definitely offputting to me.

A gorgeous man who doesn’t look cookie cutter.

I don't think Gal Gadot is anything special. Angelina was beautiful in the Billy Bob era but otherwise...meh. Nobody outside of DCUM thinks Gwyneth Paltrow is attractive, but I disagree with many here that she's beautiful. She's utterly plain.
I'm not into any of the Ryans or Chrises. Or that Channing guy. I just don't like that generic "hot white guy" look. I think the only white, fair-haired man I find attractive is Daniel Craig.
As an attractive 51 year old man, Gal Gadot is stunning. It is her smile.
