Is it possible to deflate whatever they had put in there? It's sad that they wanted to alter their bodies and faces, which were perfectly fine in their original states.

Actually, the bolded isn't quite true. She was about to divorce him, but when he OD'd and was presumed to be thinking he'd die soon, she wanted to stay married to him so she would be his heir. Then when he didn't die, she divorced him.
Not true.
Lamar had kids. Zero chance Khloe would have wanted to fight over his small potatoes estate with his bio kids (who undoubtedly would have challenged any play for his estate). Bad PR.
She managed his healthcare and got him set up before she left. She might have done it to avoid bad press. Nonetheless, she is a good person who cared for a dumb cheater.
Which leads me to this:
WTH is wrong with Khloe???
She clearly didn't learn anything from the Lamar fiasco. She found another cheater who is seemingly incapable of wearing a condom.
How dumb do you have to be to have 3 baby mamas?
He could have coasted through life courtesy of the Kardashian empire. He wouldn't need to work. All he had to do was not impregnate other women.
Khloe needs to find a guy who isn't a professional athlete or musician. She needs a guy who won't be on the road. She needs a guy like her mom's BF who will just stay home and do what she wants.
Honestly I think the Tristan fiasco is even worse than the Lamar one. I think Lamar actually loved her. He also has had a very rough life with a lot of loss that I’m sure is linked to his problems. Tristan used her to raise his profile which she should know because he said as much to the last person he publicly cheated with (Sydney something). Tristan is also a deadbeat dad and she started up with him when he was still with his ex. I tbinj she actually gets a self-esteem boost when she can “take” someone else’s man because she’s done it so much to her friends (Trina, Larsa Pippen, Lauren London). But she’s too dim to connect the dots as to how people you get that way probably have extremely poor character.
Tristan is such a damn sociopath. And he is a terrible dad. Hopefully this experience will encourage him to get a vasectomy.
