People who start posts as a PSA - even when I agree, I find this condescending and obnoxious.
Grammar correctors when the original post was perfectly intelligible, especially when English is clearly not the first poster’s first language or the error is a common autocorrect.
People who derail the original poster’s thread from the beginning with some stupid irrelevant comment that everyone then responds to, instead of the original post.
People who post to say they are looking for advice and then spend the entire time arguing with whatever advice they were given (especially annoying when the advice is unanimous or there is a large consensus).
People who post but leave out a critical piece of information, that changes everything, but not until later so you spend time responding to something for no reason.
Agree with all of these, though sometimes the bolded amuse me because there is often really nice camaraderie among the other posters as we all reach a consensus that OP is terrible. Once you realize OP doesn't actually want help and will argue anything you say, you can just focus on discussion with other PPs and these can wind up being really enjoyable threads.
