Probably so the the ferry co can sell their land to a developer if Rockwood won’t budge.

They honestly sound like the Hatfields and the McCoys. Both are being harmed by their failure to find a compromise. I don't feel sorry for either of them.

It’s not though. There isn’t room for a highway. Cascades and Lowe’s island are developed with houses.

Tax breaks have nothing to do with it. Ferry is using their property and should pay for it.
