Does an invalid ballot have "INVALID!!" stamped on it in big black letters? No. The point is going to be to challenge every ballot they can get away with challenging. It makes it likelier that legitimate ballots will be discarded, it will disrupt the election process. Currently they have an army of people submitting challenges to voter registrations across the country by submitting long lists of registrants allegedly deceased or ineligible to vote. Election officials have reported to news media that this takes a lot of time from their other work (because they are required to investigate challenges and respond) and the vast majority of lists are of people who have already been checked out and removed from registration lists or confirmed eligible.
