Both Kamala and Mohan's mom don't fit very well. Devi slightly above average looking, and tall pale Kamala looks like she was a contestant for Miss India. Even Devi's mom is taller and paler than one would expect, but she's a very good actress in this role, so I accept her. Kamala overacts.

If you liked this you might like PEN15 which is absolutely brilliant!

Team Ben here - I just don’t see the appeal of Paxton.

I love it but I love amongst mostly Indian American families so for me it was just a fun insider view.
