No you aren't. It is not conceivable that we've only gone up by 1 since yesterday. If Virginia's only had capacity to test 200-300 people a day they haven't been testing nearly enough. There are more out there. I'm not relying on # of confirmed cases
Per day? It sounds like the state of Virginia only has 300-400 test kits total right now.

No you aren't. It is not conceivable that we've only gone up by 1 since yesterday. If Virginia's only had capacity to test 200-300 people a day they haven't been testing nearly enough. There are more out there. I'm not relying on # of confirmed cases
