How do you prove it is Canadian? Do they have specific markings? I love to eat goose and would like to shoot them for food but have never been able to distinguish the Canadian from the American goose.
God you’re stupid. All migratory birds are protected.

Well, she wears a Canada goose as a jacket now.
But ... on a different DCUM thread, I heard those were tacky ?
You people trying too hard to make this thread into a DCUM “classic” are going to come back in two years, wonder why you thought acting like callous jacka$$es was funny, and groan at your own sophomoric jokes. You heard it here first.
NP to PP above:
What’s got you down? Did someone ruffle your feathers?
Stop trying to make this thread happen. OP stole the idea from the Lakeland listserve.
I appreciated the “ruffle your feathers” comment, pp. I’m sorry the fun police have showed up.
Yeah, if pp hadn’t “nicked” that pun from several earlier try-hards, it might have been funny this time.

Anonymous wrote:Yes, I hit a goose and kept driving. We have a pond in our neighborhood that has a goose infestation problem that is the source of many NextDoor and neighborhood list serve threads, with people very involved on both sides, basically leave the geese alone they are nature and they are disgusting and leave poop everywhere let’s get rid of them.
I am on neither side and have never paid much attention.
Today I nicked one, there are probably 30-40 total, and kept going in my car. They are very slow and were crossing and I was thinking I could maneuver around them instead of waiting 5 min for them to cross as they grazed. I was apparently seen and my license taken down and tracked. Currently the source of a debate on both sites.
My plan is to continue to say nothing. Tell me how this is going to turn out. I really don’t want to be the goose killer lady but I am, so I just need to ride this out.

I hit a deer in Potomac ... called animal control ... police officer showed up and shot it in the head with his service revolver.
