I’m not defending him, but from what I read, it was sent to him.
Apparently he literally chucked his computer to the SH lawyers.
He sent them to the SH lawyers but the FBI cleared him because they said he never opened them or knew they were there. I don’t really understand how that happens but I guess the FBI has no reason to protect a monster like him.
