It sold for $1.685 Million.

It needs a ton of work to update including all the bathrooms and the kitchen. for a 2 acre property, the background is pretty bad. Most people in that neighborhood with 2 acres have a pool.

Looking at the furniture, decor and general condition of Karen's house I dont think they could ever afford much past the mortgage payment. They were typical house poor. Also she mentioned in an interview needing to sell before she bought "because who wants two mortgages" and I thought to myself they are pretty old not to have their primary residence paid off???

I think spending 30k on a childs party/dedication is so beyond stupid. I mean you can buy 2k worth of liquor, 2k worth of decent catering (fill in with sheet pizzas and wings) and just let the pool be the "entertainment" and be done with it. Sprinkle in some lifeguards and maybe a DJ and still keep it under 5/6k. You have to be seriously crazy wealthy to be spending that kind of money every single year x how many kids you have.

Me too. She is like a caricature. I think she says such ridiculous things she can't help but laugh at herself. I'm guessing all for tv and she is totally normal and nice in real life.

+1 for Karen

I think this is what Robyn's therapy sessions are, too. No way a licensed therapist would let a reality show film a session with a patient; I remember reading that Robyn and Juan are playing the drama up for the cameras, even

Ashley's husband is such an ass and I hope she leaves him while she is still young. So controlling and pathetic at the same time. She can do so much better. I don't understand why Karen would move to Great Falls. Not really a good place to go to downsize. There is more to this - black Bill Gates may be having some financial troubles.

I think Monique and Chris are a very sweet couple. Loved seeing them putting their kids to bed. Amidst all their wealth, they do seem down-to-earth. I'd like to see her family featured more - parents, siblings, etc. I wonder what they're like.

That said, I hate how she dresses to go out to casual places, like the Top Golf outing. She looked like a hooker - not good. Same with Ashley. Just put on some sneakers, ladies! Does your cleavage need to be on display at all times?

I thought Karen's photo shoot was so tacky. Yuck. I'd be cringing if I were her kids.

Robyn: get a clue. Juan just isn't into you. He seems like a jerk who just likes the attention the camp brings to him.

I'm black and live in MD and love the show!! I like that they're kinda boring -- they actually seem like halfway decent ppl who would be friendly in real life. I prefer the more run-of-the-mill drama they have to the over-the-top stuff on other Housewives series but it may be that because I'm local I just like seeing places and people I relate to.

I always prefer the lower drama RH shows - more to relate to. I'm white, but live in NoVA and enjoy seeing familiar places. My favorite on this show is Gizelle - she never fails to crack me up.

Must be Karen...she's the only one with a big personality change.
