Really? Maybe the "thieves" are a product of someone's overactive imagination?

After the Lochte fiasco there is zero percent chance they would stage or fake this.
There is absolutely nothing that this woman would not do for publicity. She has no bruises, or has shown none, where She was tied up and "thrown" into a bathtub. Throwing someone into a tub would probably knock them out. This must have been the gang that couldn't tie a knot if she managed, almost immediately, to work her hands free. It was also noted that she was sleeping only in a robe. Why is this even remotely important? This "gang" spoke only French except for screaming for her "ring"?
I am not a New Yorker but I know a con.
The men tied her hands together, pulled tape across her mouth, and then placed her in a marble bath.

That almost makes me feel worse for her. She will not feel safe for a long time if that's the case.
PP,
That or this professional robbery gang is so familiar with the area and hotel that they knew exactly where the cameras were and how to avoid them. They would also would have been monitoring her all week and picked the right moment to strike.

Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:She lied about her sex tape "leak."
The truth is, she and her mom, Kris Jenner, SOLD her sex tape to pornographer Vivid Entertainment, Inc.
That fact is right in Ism Halpern's best selling biography "Kardashian Dynasty." And if that fact is untrue, then why haven't any of the Kardashians sued Halpern? (Maybe because truth is an absolute defense).
And yet, Kim and Kris keep telling the lie that it was "leaked." (Bullshit!).
So there's ample reason to believe this robbery could well have been faked.
It is not victim-blaming to question whether there even was a victim, given Kim's total lack of credibility.
The tape was going to be leaked by the ex-boyfriend. They made a deal to sell it since it was going to come out anyway. If they sell it, then it's in their court on their terms. I'd do the same thing if something that embarrassing was going to be coming out either way.
I think it's kind of weird to harbor so much hate for people on TV that you've never met or known and most of you say you have not even watched on TV. Weird.
Yeah they're rich, yeah they're famous. Lots of people leaked sex tapes (Paris Hilton, Pam Anderson, that Teen Mom star) and none of them has turned such an embarrassing moment around to their benefit like the Kardashians. They have great business acumen and know how to hustle. They work for that money and fame day in, day out. Can't knock that.
And all this hate and they don't even know the real story! And while I would not want that to be my origin story, KK took hold of this and let it make her a millionaire many many many times over AND brought her family along for the ride. So good for her. She couldn't stop the video, but she won in the end.
And that's why so many women on DCUM and beyond hate this total stranger. She did what so many of them wish they could do, but cannot. Turn a turnip into a sweet fulfilling watermelon.
