consistenly a size xs/s 00-2 on bottom and a solid 2-4 on top since I am a 32DD
I work out consistenly 2 hrs a day (walking/weights/yoga/swim/pilates), eat a healthy Mediterranean-based diet, drink a lot of water, don't smoke, and have 2 glasses of wine a day. 8 hours of sleep is key too.
