Jinger will go on a road trip doing risque things - working as a bartender, a receptionist at a pole dancing studio, handing out clean syringes to drug addicts to prevent spread of HIV etc. She will move from state to state on a road trip. Her siblings and parents will make guest appearances as they try to talk her out of it.

The Duggar children are not allowed to even date, their "courting" is with chaperones, and they don't even kiss someone until they get married. And they get married hella young. I agree Josh sounds really messed up, but honestly I blame his parents and his upbringing. If he had been allowed to have normal guy friends (where they talk about girls, etc., I think of the movie Boyhood where the kids are looking at boobs in a Victoria Secret magazine, the scene was funny but probably realistic, boys are curious about girls), date girls where he could have regular high school dating issues, maybe go off to college where he could mature even more, then he wouldn't be so messed up. Now he is all sick in the head. The stuff with his sister was so gross, but should have been a huge red flag to his parents that their household and lifestyle aren't healthy.

They will have many more oppprtunities than they would have otherwise, and for the ones who might want to choose a different path, the ability to seethat there is another way. Some of the girls might actually make it through this just fine.

That special was already filmed and TLC has (had?) scheduled it to air on the 30th. Duggars were pushing for that to become a regular series. RawStory reported that on the 18th, the day before or earlier the same day the Ashley Madison shit hit the fan.

That's true. Their defenders are oddly silent. Is that because this is in the entertainment section or people really jumped the Dugger ship?
Pretty sure that thread was on this board. There is no defending him at this point.
