Same. Did nothing for our kid.
$12K down the drain.

Uh-oh, why?
Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Permanent eyeliner. I did it as a timesaver--my goal was to be able to get up and go and look great.
It looked awesome with mascara, but looked weird without mascara. So going makeup-less became a non-option. I had to put on mascara on every day; so much for the timesaving. And, looked ridiculous when I was running or hiking.
So I started to wait for the "gentle fade-out" that's supposed to start happening two years later.
Instead, it flaked off in parts and not in others, so then I had to put on eyeliner AND mascara every day to avoid looking like I slept in my makeup.
It's almost off now--probably 5 years later--but it still looks a little like I have old makeup on in a couple places if I go makeup-less.
I have a couple of tattoo's but cannot imagine having my eyeliner tattooed on!! My cousin did it and it's too thick, IMO and there's a "space" between her eye and the liner---looks odd to me.

1.) High end appliances...they didn't preform any better and had a shorter shelf life then my middle of the line maytag ones beforehand. I am a pretty decent cook so I thought I would be able to tell a difference and really enjoy them but it just wasn't the case.
2.) Montessori preschool for DC 1 and 2. It was not a bad school, just super over priced. I found a little church basement preschool for DC 3 that did the exact same thing for about 60% less.
I absolutely hate my Samsung dishwasher. The only cycle that cleans anything is "heavy". I started it this morning at 10am and it is STILL RUNNING AT NEARLY 1 PM. The prongs also make for awkward placement of dishes/pans. I was SO much happier with our Frigidaire Gallery dishwasher in our previous home but DH wanted all Samsung.
Samsung is considered high end for appliances?
Yes, they are trying to get in the high end market. It will take a few years but eventually they will perfect it and give the high end companies a run for their money. Basically what they did for washer/driers and fridges.

NP. I will never purchase another Samsong appliance. Both the diswasher and installed microwave were horrible. I ended up trading down and better for a Maytag.
+ my samsung washer is horrible. tons of dirt and sand left in the bottom after washes.
