I have a son and daughter. It's actually easier for me to have a daughter than son and personality wise my son is easier than my girl but the opportunities now open for girls is pretty amazing. In some ways, while girls are harder then boys is many ways (it really is a physical/hormonal thing I really feel like) I would love to have had 2 girls with my son if a choice of 3 kids.

Maybe it's because I'm a female.

Just have to chime in on Adolescence. It is thought to be based on a horrific 2023 murder in Croydon. This programme has been made an official part of the schools curricula in the U.K., at the behest of Sir Kier Starmer himself.

It cannot, and mustn’t be dismissed merely due to its status as, technically, “fiction.” As you have rightly pointed out, it is believed that to have been based on real events, as well as the very real phenomenon of extreme misogyny amongst the incel boys culture.

Yes, true for our family. I only wanted daughters: easier (except in the early teen years), more nurturing, more interesting, mature faster, more relatable. Plus they will likely stay in your life forever, unlike sons.
