Yes because paying 50k to avoid tech, which we will use for the rest of our lives, is what I want in a school. Avoiding tech is not advocated for any kids at any age and that whole trend has been started by MAHA moms or ironically enough MAGA tech bros in Silicon Valley. Good progressive education while teaching real-life tech forward skills is what our kids need.

Not a tech-bro or MAHA whatever you'd like to dismiss me as. The data very clearly shows how test scores and attention plummeted in direct relation to the increase of tech use in the classroom. Tech is here to stay, but the argument that kids need to learn how to use it in Kindergarten is utter BS.

Actually the data shows that test scores and attention plummeted in direct relation to increase use of tech in all of our lives. Use in the classroom is just an extra contributing factor not the sole factor. Therefore moderated tech use in classrooms is not actually a bad thing. But it needs to be combined with moderated tech use outside of school and replaced with things like reading, creative work, and letting kids figure things out.

Some private school kids may be privileged but private schools also mold students who will take the mantle of progressivism and social justice. People don’t realize how much more backwards our area and country as a whole would be without them.

The country would be better without private schools. There would be more social mobility, instead of locking in benefits to the elite with better connections.

No, it wouldn't. The public schools are already over crowded.
