FAFO Republicans. No wonder Trump was already screaming election fraud earlier today. He's not going to like any of the headlines tomorrow.

+1 California’s Proposition 50 has passed, according to The Associated Press. The ballot measure, which temporarily approves new congressional districts favoring Democrats, was pushed by Gov. Gavin Newsom as a response to Republican gerrymandering in Texas and other red states.

I will laugh so hard if Texas ends up finally going blue in 2026 with the gerrymandering they just pushed through.

That would indeed be Republican "dummymandering." But indeed fitting given the circumstances of the changes.

Yeah I know and I want to yell at everyone who was frustrated enough to give him another chance, but they have snapped back really quick and we need a huge motley coalition to fix this. Welcome back aboard.

This.
America needs to come together and take back our country. Tonight is a good first step. Politics is not a reality show and we need thoughtful people in leadership.

President Trump just weighed in on the commanding Democratic victories tonight with a one-line, mostly all-caps post on his Truth Social account: “‘Trump wasn’t on the ballot, and shutdown, were the two reasons that Republicans lost elections tonight,’ according to Pollsters,” he wrote.

Interesting he's finally admitting the shutdown is a disaster for republicans.

Maybe, but he's still blaming the Democrats for it. It's not like he takes responsibility for anything despite controlling all 3 branches of Government.

They'll be too busy trying to spin Republican losses in Georgia.

Democrats win key Georgia special elections seen as midterm bellwethers
Democrats have flipped two seats on the Georgia Public Service Commission in what were seen as a key bellwether ahead of the 2026 midterms, according to Decision Desk HQ.

Democratic candidates Alicia Johnson and Peter Hubbard, who ran for Georgia Public Service commissioner in Districts 2 and 3, respectively, have defeated GOP incumbents Tim Echols and Fitz Johnson.

Yes of course (in all caps). Gist of it is that the losses can be attributed to him not being on the ballot.

Oh, he was on the ballot alright.

I don't think his handlers explained that to him yet.

Or ever, really.

Particularly to these people, this is what I’m talking about.

+58 shift to Dem. I've never seen numbers like that. Even the Virginia district shifts were +22 or +16 at most.
