I didn’t realized Delaware was rolling. When did your DC apply? My junior really liked it there and will apply next year.

I didn’t either. DD applied 10/18.

There is a Delaware State University and also the University of Delaware. Two different places. U of Delaware releases EA decision by Jan 31.

Loyola Chicago - $34k/year merit aid came with the acceptance. Just came out today. DC is ecstatic, for the merit aid, and us, too.

Waiting on 6 more.

Would you mind sharing grades and sat? Can’t decide if Chicago would even be worth applying to for next year.

From where did kid apply, when did they apply, and how long after did they hear back?

Camden. Waiting to hear from New Brunswick campus.

My kid applied to New Brunswick as well but has an artistic review as part of their process so notification on a different timeline. Good luck to yours!

Toured it with my DS, a great underrated public

We’re touring it in two weeks. Interesting that they do the tour by bus. How is the five campuses thing? Does it feel too spread out? Does it seem like there’s a sense of cohesion/community?

Excellent!

Is it one of your Dc’s top choices?

Yes!

Congratulations! My kid was accepted to Delaware a few days ago too. We won't know about Honors & merit until later though.

There's an open house next Saturday:

He applied in mid-October and heard yesterday. We weren't expecting it that soon!
