What will they do with me? I have fraternal twins. One has autism and the other is neurotypical. Did all of the Tylenol only go to one baby?
I’m also an autism parent. I hope your family is doing well and that you all are hanging in there. I say this with respect and compassion, but it’s odd to me that your experience leads you to parody people positing an environmental component. Plenty of people will say that autism “is genetic,” insinuating (or even outright saying) that whether a child has autism follows ineluctably from that child’s genes, when, in fact, the experience of twins (including monozygotic twins) shows that it surely is much more complicated than that.
Ibuprofen lysine (NeoProfen) for the treatment of patent ductus arteriosus
https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC1769541/
For years, indomethacin has been the drug of choice for the treatment of PDA in the USA. Undesirable adverse effects prompted researchers to seek alternative agents. In April 2006, the US Food and Drug Administration approved the use of ibuprofen lysine (NeoProfen) for closure of clinically significant PDA in premature neonates. Ibuprofen's mechanism of action for closure of PDA is believed to be through the inhibition of prostaglandins. Clinical studies have shown ibuprofen to be as effective as indomethacin with fewer adverse effects.

Is that why he's blaming the brand name and not the common name of acetaminophen?
I don't know, but if I was an enterprising lawyer or law firm that wanted to make a case for myself I'd sue him for defamation. Would be a fun legal theory to try out.

He's not talking to people about it. He's not getting updates or asking questions -- if he were, it would be a familiar word.
He is totally phoning it in. An intern would be fired for this performance.

RFK Jr is a zealot and absolutely believes in what he's doing. He's not through. It's going to get weirder and more draconian.
