All of them are in HS and you know HS kids do a lot of different things other than summer swim during holiday season.
NCAP coaches discourage doing HS and summer swim. They don’t like their swimmers being a team, because they like having full control over the swimmers.

It is because different age groups swim different distances. 13-14s swim 4 different events than 15-18s. 11-12s swim 4 different events than 9-10s. The distances and times are incompatible, so aging up swimmers doesn’t work for the virtual simulation

Tough break for a really nice community. Their coach quit unexpectedly in the preseason.
Also CCRA is true neighborhood pool with pretty small boundaries (NCC, Rock Creek and Somerset all within 2 miles). I think it is kind of amazing they made it all the way up to B, tbh.
I heard the story behind his departure and what a childish douche move that was.
Tell us all so we can judge too!
Allegedly, he left because he was mad that a couple fast kids on the team were leaving his club for a competing club.
There was not a single swimmer or coach at the club that was mad about those swimmers departing. Speculate on other stuff all you want, but that is a fact.
Not true. The coach threw a hissy fit and then quit his summer swim position at the last minute because he couldn’t handle that one of the departing swimmers was on his summer team. He is unfortunately known for acting this way when swimmers leave.

Whose elite group?
