I don’t mean to sound like a jerk but even white pasta and white rice can make the basis for some pretty healthy meals depending on what you put on top.
OMFG, that's the whole point! There's nothing to put on top. Damn...
Ask or buy an onion, garlic, and cooking oil. Sauteed the onion and garlic and toss pasta. Delicious and served in most Italian restaurants.

I was about to grab an item from the hot bar. She was there before me. Then she got on her phone. I noticed the toddler (not infant but 1-2 year old) in the stroller.
What made me look hard was the container she used. She grabbed a soup container from the other side of the bar (instead of the hot bar containers). Then she put about 10 premium chicken nuggets in the container and then handed them to jar daughter to eat.
I thought that maybe she would try to pass them off as soup at the checkout. But no, she had the kid eat the nuggets. I was behind her at checkout. 3 cannolis put on the conveyor while the kid remained hidden in the stroller, finishing up the nuggets.
Security guard was nearby. He did not see it. I told the clerks and she hurried out of the store before anything could have been said. I’m sure that had I not said anything that she would have “sampled” more food.
Disgusted.
Why are you monitoring what other people do, much less post about it? What is your major dysfunction? This isn’t going to affect Jeff.

But does that mean you are going to steal?
Apparently, they steal healthy chicken mcnuggets
What is healthy about a tiny bit of chicken covered in heavy breading and deep fried?

A cross between Jami Gertz/Shakira.
What is the point of this description? Are you looking for someone to ID her?
Op. Someone asked what she looked like. I left it generic in the beginning. But someone persisted. So I gave most of the details. I don’t think that really matters, but for some, it seems like it does.
And for those who said I stared her down, go back and read what I shared. She was right in front of me. Twice. How would I not know what she was wearing? She was stealing right in front of me. Like I said, she probably wouldn’t have stood out if she had used the right container. But that drew my attention. The fact that she immediately got on her cell phone while picking for the nuggets. She was really smooth, but I was there.
Someone said I must have seen someone steal before. Yep, many times. Many not remorseful. Some lives were put in danger.
Like I shared earlier, you end up developing an all or nothing attitude. Either it’s all okay or none of it’s okay, it’s not conditional, really, because everyone can give you a reason as to why they stole, that’s important to them.
No, this is the black and white attitude developed by emotionally immature and cognitively rigid people. The rest of us understand, accept, and reason through the many shades of gray that exist in life and circumstances.
Girl, you either need a hobby or therapy. Probably both.
