You don't deserve this guy. Anyone carrying this card is making bank.
PP, oh gosh, yeah, that's just weird looking for a card. But you said he said it's a temp one, so he can change it.
On a more serious note, why is a man paying with plastic when he could be using cash. Flashing Bennies is better than some plastic.
As the old one liner goes, "Do you take plastic?"....."Only if it is wrapped in cash!"

I say that's a really pretty card, even the waitress noted it's a pretty card. I think he was embarrassed by us calling it pretty, because it's sort of feminine? Instead of admitting he ordered it, his face turned a little red and he says it's just the replacement version they sent them. I don't know if the feminine card bothered me or just his lack of agency. Whatever the case it's been bothering me all week.
You are not crazy for letting this bother you.
You are emotionally very immature and should be dating until you become more of an adult.
Making fun of a man (or, in the case of your target market, a boy) for having something that you perceive as "feminine" should have been left behind in grammar school.
The card is feminine, that's really not up for dispute, is it? I posted a photo of it above. However, I'm not saying that's what actually bothers me. I honestly think his embarrassment of it and failure to own it bothered me more. Or maybe a little of both. I'm not proud to say this, obviously. It's shallow, I guess.
For the love of God, stfu. It’s a flower credit card. It’s for women. End of story.

Were you the marketing executive at AMEX who oversaw the design of this card? Do you have proof supporting your post, such as a site noting that AMEX designed the card for women? If not, then STFU.
Let us flip this script. Say a man had posted he was on a date with a woman, and she showed him a personal item (e.g., a keychain) with an NFL logo. If he stated that she was too masculine or unfeminine to date for this reason, this board would have gone crazy with posts from women (including the "ick" poster) blasting the guy for such a stupid conclusion.

That’s a fairly high end card. Thought it was going to be a DEBIT card.
I am fairly wealthy and rarely use my CC. 99% of the time I use my debit/check card.
Credit cards provide financial benefits and protection from fraud that debit cards do not. With debit, money comes right out of your account. Good luck getting it back. You might be wealthy but you are not financially astute.

It's not really. While true you just have decent credit score to obtain it, if you are a US Service-member the annual fees are waived.
