I thought after 15 years as a Fed this would make more sense to me but it doesn’t. How is it possible that people with the least ability to get things done are the managers?
It NEVER made sense to me. And I saw good people pushed out when slackers got to stay. It was and is insane. The whole place. It’s awful.
