Maybe you should move to a no dog community. I don’t see how else you can prevent dogs from using the curbside easement that is adjacent to your property because that area is not yours to control. You can’t stop people from walking on any sidewalk adjacent to your home either.

Learn how to respect other people’s property. And learn how to read. It’s been explained repeatedly what it does to lawns. But again, you don’t need to worry about that. It’s not your property and you are trespassing if you enter my property. I’m allowed to be a total control freak on my property. You are not allowed to decide what is ok for my property.

One dog poops on our grass and owner thinks that they removed it, but the scent is there with some residue depending on how runny the poop was. This causes the next dog to smell the scent and poop there. Then the next one and so on.

We have a pocket park on our street that is never used yet the same few owners let their dogs poop everywhere else except in the park. I mean walking up a long private driveway(pipe stem) and allowing the dog to traipse all along the lawns on the way.

It's the "pandemic puppy" owners. A bunch of people who shouldn't own dogs got dogs, and now they're all over the place with their poorly-trained designer doodles on retractable leashes, pulling stunts like this.
