'highest level'? you must have low standards. he recently held - hosted a 'tournament' at TSJ. TSJ prob banking he will be able to bring new 'talent' to TSJ. cause honestly... who actually plays for TSJ?

I doubt any. Good luck to him lol

Surprised he decided to take his talent to the TSJ after so many years of coaching at the highest level. He is the right person to turn that program around.

Yes, it does happen. They pull the top kids to help the RL team at national events.

I’ve seen Arlington do it mid season ECRL play. They brought down their star ECNL girls in an age group to face a strong ECRL team.

What if the star ECNL girl requested to play the game to specifically work on something in a slightly easier environment? The goal was not to win but to work on practicing a specific aspect of her game in a slower game speed. Would that change your perspective?

Endrick is currently out on loan in an “easier” league in order to develop. Why do people get so obsessed with other people’s developmental journey’s?

It wasn’t a national event. It was a league game. They brought down at least one of their top players who is now going to USYNT ID sessions. There were at least 3 others from the ECNL team playing with the RL that day. It’s not a secret, just shows where the club’s priorities are.

At what national event did Arlington send NL kids to play with an RL team?

I’ve seen Arlington do it mid season ECRL play. They brought down their star ECNL girls in an age group to face a strong ECRL team.

Tournaments too. We were slated to play their 2nd team, but the whole ECNL Team showed up instead. Easy to tell because of the patches… our coach just shook her head.

Not at the academy level. They only have a few. He was involved with multiple teams.

With that many coaches can’t they just promote somebody?
