Well there was the part about funding gain of function research in Wuhan, which may or may not have caused the Covid pandemic, and lying to Congress about it. But without Covid there is no Biden presidency…so, a pardon it is.
Even Obama had ordered Fauci to stop gain of function, but Fauci thought he was above the President of the United States of America.

Well. This might pose a huge problem when Trump issues over a thousand pardons, today Jan. 20, 2025, to Jan. 6 insurrectionists.
If Biden's pardons are deemed unconstitutional and thrown out then so are all of Trump's. Can't have it both ways.
J6 protesters have already been thrown in jail, silly.

This is just yet another example of this lawless administration. Commit crimes? Friend of Biden? Part of the resistance? Get a pardon so you will not be held accountable.
Innocent people don’t need their lives ruined and their savings drained by nuisance, harassment investigations. Biden knows Trump will do this and he did the right thing by preventing it.
It's nice that you are finally coming to this realization.
But, if you think we won't uncover the crimes these people committed..... you are wrong.
They will be forced to testify since they no longer have 5th Amendment protections. And, if they are subpoenaed, and don't show, well, we have every reason to charge them with obstruction.
You people are confused. 5th amendment protections don't go away because of a pardon. They go away if someone is granted immunity. There's a difference. A pardon is different from immunity.

Anonymous wrote:Well this just confirms these people are all guilty as sin. Otherwise there would be no need for a preemptive pardon, right? Biden is such a corrupt POS.

Huh? Exactly how might they not be "constitutionally valid"?
Where does the constitution say you can pardon someone who hasn’t even been convicted? Just because it’s been done before doesn’t mean it has withstood a court challenge.
Pardons are for leniency and a statement against what the executive thinks was an unfair trial or conviction. Not for protecting political allies from investigation or trial in the first place.
See you in court.
That’s right. Wtf is Biden doing?
Anonymous wrote:Excellent. Joes done them no favors. I look forward to hearing them forced to testify truthfully once they are subpoenaed.

These pardons raise more questions. And, you can bet investigations of these people will not come to a halt.
Why wasn’t Nixon prosecuted?
He is a republican.
