Putting the politics of all this aside (save it for the politics forum), I can’t be the only one here who used TT for the dopamine spike. What are you going to do while TikTok is down. More to other sites? Read? Hang on DCUM longer?

He has asked techs not to keep TikTok in dark and says planning to sign an EOrder Monday. So, all negotiations had already taken place and now "TikTok is working to restore services." It was for show. Typical. Barf. RIP great US of A.

How can you hate something you’ve never even tried?

You sound like my 4 year old when they say they don’t like a food they’ve never tried.

I say the same thing about crack cocaine all the time.

Way to lose credibility and put down the wine.

You’re right. TikTok is totally not addictive at all. Harmless fun. Our kids are getting smarter by spending hours on it every day.

I just hired an intern because they know how to edit video because of tik tok, I’m sorry your kid is a slug just watching crap.

Whoa another difficult “skill” my 5 yo can do on a user friend iPhone app.

If their, that’s hardly something to be proud of.

There’s a built in provision allowing the executive branch to extend by 90 days if there’s progress toward selling the app.

There has to be significant progress. There has been none. Trump just wants TikTok to cover his inauguration.

“The law does allow a president to grant a 90-day extension if a buyer is found, but only if there is “significant progress” toward a deal that puts TikTok in the hands of a non-Chinese company. That deal also has to be able to be completed within the 90 days for the president to trigger the extension. And it’s unclear if that extension option still exists, given that the law is already in effect.”

The sucking up to Trump has turning some prolific Tiktokkers off. If Neptune does what it says it will, I could see it giving Tiktok a run.

The problem is that kids think Trump saved their beloved app and they have crap critical thinking skills, so they aren’t thinking about what this means.
