He can call it the gulf of America if he wants. No one will know what he is talking about and no one will call if that. Kind of like National Airport.
Where is the national airport?
National airport was renamed Reagan National as airport.
How does trump plan to change the name of the Gulf of Mexico when half is under Mexican control? Mexico's new female president, Claudia Sheinbaum, ain't gonna take no guff from trump!
It has been named Reagan National for many years and everyone calls it National airport.
I have never heard it referred to as “national airport”, only “Reagan Airport”.
But I’m not a fossil, so that might be the problem here.

He wants to change the name of the Gulf of Mexico to the Gulf of America and then talked about having to run washing machines 4 times to get things clean. After which he talked about whales dying off of Massachusetts because of wind turbines.
At the end did he shout, "Live from New York. It's Saturday Night Live!"
I love the washing machine advice.
He's not ruling out military force to take back Panama Canal or annexing Greenland. We aren't going to have a single European ally in six months.
It's exactly like an SNL skit. They couldn't write it any better. The truth is stranger than fiction.

Anonymous wrote:I think all this noise about taking over Greenland, Canada and the Panama Canal is simply red meat for the MAGA simpletons. Maybe it leads to some preferential terms for US flagged vessels going through the Panama Canal, but otherwise it’s just noise.
During his first term, Trump said stupid sh#t every single day. And in the end he did nothing at all except pass a tax cut for the rich. Ultimately, Trump is like Genghis Khan playing a game of Risk on reality tv.

That’s pretty much what I said to someone earlier today. I think he goes into these things without any preparation and just unleashes a bunch of stream of consciousness nonsense. Then everyone tries to analyze it.

hoo boy, this is going to be a "fun" 4 years.
I do believe he might be serious. Are... are we invading Denmark?
I think he might.
