But women influence nearly 100% of women’s preferences in men’s height (lesbians excluded obviously).
Women overwhelmingly prefer tall men. This is a women’s issue. Look in the mirror.

And, who cares if the man is taller than the woman?

Women can now control for height the same way men do for age.
(It's a shame the dating apps don't let you filter by weight, but that's what photos are for).
The difference is that every 30 year old woman used to be 25. Short men were never tall men.

+1 Look at Prince.
You have to have confidence and talent.
Right and the tall guy just has to be able to string together a complete sentence. Maybe not even that. (Queue the talk guy saying “Hey…”)
So all a short guy has to do is be a Grammy winning music superstar?
You know, get over it.
How often are you actually saying “Hey…” and getting rebuffed? There are a lot of women out there willing to overlook a lot of things. Men with all sorts of illnesses and deformities are meeting women and getting married. Im sorry you aren’t as tall as you want to be, but it’s really not that debilitating.

Thhhhiiiiiissssssss. It’s not mathematically possible for all women to have take than average men.
I'm 5'10 (DH is 6'4", his dad and brothers are all 6'7" ish) and I tell my son he better not bring any short women home.
Heigh is weird. I am 6'0 my wife is 5'3. My 10 years old daughter is 4'6. My 12 years old son is already 6'0
