You misunderstood; Speaker Johnson didn’t tell Trump no. He intervened to ensure Trump could carry out this plan after Trump was told no by the cemetery. Johnson made this possible.

The Trump campaign claimed to have footage that dispelled the assault component. They can release it any time as already promised.

The Army may have security footage of the area that it might be able to release.
