its the people's fault. apparently only white old men can have the presidency and the added part of being rich due to the way politics is run. this minimizes the pool to a select few. Biden has degraded over the past X months -true. Trump is a criminal and an opportunist and is also supportive/supported by some really right-wing scary idealogues- also true. If you conflate the two as equally disastrous to our democracy that's ridiculous.

Actual normal people do not vote for cognitively impaired 80-some year olds with a shuffling gait and an inability to finish a sentence or express a coherent thought. Not to mention a weird blank stare that suggests confusion and an inability to register what's going on around him.
That's reality. Americans are not going to vote to watch an old man die as their president for the next four years.
Democrats were absolute morons to arrogantly assume Americans are going to want a rapidly declining 86 year old geriatric as their president.
By choosing a sickly Biden, Democrats have guaranteed a Republican landslide in November - White House, Senate, House, governorships, state houses, dog-catchers. That is what Biden is going to cost Democrats - everything.
We can thank Biden for running in 2020 to save us from Trump. Who knows where we would be now.
The Republican/maga platforms are unpopular with most voters. Explain how they will win in a landslide.
